Lee County Probation Department

The Lee County Probation Department works under the office of the Chief Judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit. We strive to be an integral partner of the justice system by providing the courts with pertinent information throughout the criminal justice process and providing supervision of offenders to enhance public safety. We envision offenders taking responsibility for their behavior and enhancing their skills to lead lawful lives, victims experiencing reparation, and our communities benefiting from reduced recidivism and feeling confident in investing in the criminal justice process.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Lee County Probation Department is to serve the Court and community by maintaining offender accountability and serving as a catalyst for positive change within the offender. This process will be employed through evidence-based strategies which promote personal growth, reduce offender recidivism and enhance safety in the community. Our commitment to this process will be conducted in a manner which promotes honesty, integrity and accountability which will increase public trust and confidence.
