Employee Compensation Package

Pursuant to Public Act 097-0609 (Open Meetings Act IMRF compensation package) an employer participating in the IL Municipal Retirement Fund must post on its website the total compensation package for each employee having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year.  The employer may choose to post a copy of this information at the principle office of the employer in lieu of posting the information directly on the website, however the employer must post directions on the website on how to access the information. Total compensations package is defined as the salary, health insurance, housing allowance, a vehicle allowance, a clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days granted and sick days granted.
